You’re walking the road you never imagined. Raising your kids as separated parents. And now you’re trying to figure out how to actually make it all work.

You want stability for your kids, with clear boundaries for you and your co-parent.
You don’t want your kids to grow up seeing their parents in constant conflict.
You want to work things out without calling in the lawyers.
But there’s just so many decisions to make...
Can your 4-year-old manage any overnights away from their primary carer?
Is a week-about arrangement too destabilising for your 6-year-old?
How can you arrange a Birthday, or Christmas without ruining everything for the kids?
What about unexpected milestones, changing schedules, and the tricky 'in-between' moments that leave everyone feeling unsettled.
And perhaps the biggest hurdle of all:
How will you ever get your co-parent to see eye-to-eye on a shared care schedule when you both wish you could somehow have the kids with you every single day?

I’m Tiffany Rochester
As a Clinical Psychologist and Co-Parenting Coach, I have been supporting parents through the process of separation for over two decades. From the highly amicable through to high-conflict and expert witness testimony in the Family Court, I’ve resourced hundreds of parents to create resilient, stable two-home families.
And I’m here to take you by the hand and gently walk you through:
The questions you have
The solutions that are possible
To help you carry your children through this time of transition with quiet, calm confidence.
Everything you need, all in one place:

Clear information on child development needs in two home families.

Multiple examples of how other families have successfully navigated tricky decisions.

Help to confidently word the terms and clauses in your comprehensive Parenting Plan.
So that there’s no need for conflict, anymore.
This course is the necessary alternative to standard legal templates and mediated agreements.
Inside this course, I guide you past the tsunami of emotions to your own deepest wisdom on the needs of your children, in the context of your family. We then pair that with the exact developmental guidance you need about what will serve your children best for each age and stage, within your family system.
I’ll step you through your fully customisable Parenting Plan template, supported by downloadable guides, assessment tools, tip-sheets and parenting scripts as you develop your comprehensive child-focused Parenting Plan—without the thousands of dollars for individual professional support.
If you’re looking for a solution that lets you get on with raising your kids without everyone else sticking their nose in, this course is for you.
No generic legal templates. We focus on the clinical science that creates a psychologically durable, developmentally sensitive agreement.

Together we will:

Switch out the 'I want/you want' debate for clear decisions based on what your child needs.

Explore what is most important to you as you raise your children as separated parents.

Support the unique family dynamics and developmental needs in your family.

Review relevant research on supporting healthy child development when parents are separated.

Step through protective clauses that safeguard your communication pathways and ensure your agreement holds.
You will walk away with a comprehensive Parenting Plan ready to sign, covering every logistic of raising kids as separated parents.

You will know the why behind every clause, giving you confidence that you are setting the foundation for years of more peaceful co-parenting ahead.

You will create a predictable schedule complemented by a decision-making process for low-conflict changes when needed.

Ground your plan in decades of child development research. Your decisions will genuinely serve your children's best interests as they grow.

Build a framework that proactively shields your children from conflict and protects their emotional well-being.

And I’ll be with you every step of the way.
I know where things go to hell in a handbasket. I have witnessed the devastating trauma families face in broken, adversarial systems. This is why I am deeply committed to creating accessible, compassionate alternatives to costly, drawn-out litigation.
Every lesson and clause is grounded in developmental psychology, not law, and carries the unique, battle-tested pragmatism that comes from years within the Family Court system.
I serve with my heart. I want you to know you will be deeply held and cared for as you move through this difficult and ultimately healing work. You are in exactly the right place.
This is the course that will help you achieve what lawyers alone simply cannot provide - true, child-focused guidance for parents raising kids across two homes.

Why this is the smartest investment you’ll make today
Prevent the Financial Bleed: Laying the foundation for a thoughtful agreement now saves your family thousands of dollars in future legal fees and litigation.
Clinical Science over Legal Drama: This isn’t a legalese template; you are getting a psychologically durable agreement grounded in decades of child development research.
If this course prevents just two hours of back-and-forth between opposing lawyers, it has already paid for itself. If it prevents a decade of childhood trauma, its value is immeasurable.
Never Feel Stuck - 1:1 Help Whenever You Need It
Even with the best roadmap, sometimes you hit a fork in the road that feels too heavy to navigate alone. If you need a little extra help you with your decisions, or finalising your plan together, we’re here for you, every step of the way.
Step 1: Complete the Course: Don’t pay for help you don’t need. As you move through the modules, your views will shift and flex. You may find that a disagreement that feels like 90% of your plan right now shrinks to a far more manageable 10% by the time you reach the end.
Step 2: Targeted 1:1 Support: If you reach the end and have one or two specific hurdles to overcome, you can book an individual or joint Troubleshooting Session to resolve those final sticking points.
Step 3: Professional Plan Reviews: For families who want facilitated support to finalise their agreement, I will personally review your draft plan and support you with focused consultations to finalise and sign your agreement.
Specialist Signposts: Throughout the modules, I’ll point out exactly when a situation (like complex trauma or safety concerns) requires a more rapid move from a "DIY" plan to a formal Collaborative Law Team, Mediation, or other dispute resolution process.
And if at any time you’re feeling stuck, our Client Concierge, Kate, is available to help you find the best next step for your specific family dynamic.
Use the course to do the heavy lifting, so if you do need to pay for an expert’s time, you’re only paying for the final 10%, knowing all the basics are covered.
I know that making financial decisions during a separation is stressful. That is why you can enrol today and complete the first two modules of the course material for free. You get to step inside, experience the supportive, child-focussed clinical guidance, and ensure it is the right fit for your family before you pay a cent.
Lawyers are experts in the law; what you need is an expert in child development and family systems. A lawyer can make your agreement "legal," but they can’t tell you if a week-about schedule will cause your six-year-old to regress. This course ensures your legal documents are actually functional and developmentally sound. Use this to build the plan, and if two signatures on the page don't carry enough weight for your comfort, take it to your lawyer for the final "rubber stamp." You’ll save hours of expensive back-and-forth.
Then this course is actually more important for you. In high-conflict dynamics, ambiguity is the fuel. By creating a clinically-backed Proposal on your own, you gain clarity on the arguments you don’t need to have, the work-around solutions you didn’t know were there (that don’t compromise your values or your kids), and the small number of issues where you really do need to stand your ground. Through it all, you’ll have confidence that every recommendation you make is truly in the best interests of your kids, staying focused on your child’s well-being above the struggle.
Not even close. You can find a template for free, and AI can spit out a generic schedule in seconds, but neither of them will help you with the specific developmental milestones of your children in your situation.
This is a guided process. I won’t make the decisions for you, but I’ll sure as heck give you everything you need to make strong, informed choices for yourself. It’s the difference between using "AI Slop" to auto-fill a generic house plan and having a Master Architect sit down with you to design a home that actually fits the way your family lives. One looks okay on a screen but collapses under pressure. The other is a Blueprint for Stability—engineered by an expert to ensure that when the winds of conflict blow, your kids’ world doesn’t shake.
Roughly 80% of parents will complete this course and reach an agreement without needing any other input. For the remaining 20%, the course will resolve many of the contested issues, leaving you with a small number of decisions that would benefit from personalised support. You can book a troubleshooting or plan review session with me, or take your questions to your collaborative coach, lawyer, or mediator.
Work through the 90% you agree on, so the experts can help you bridge the final 10% with care.
Beautiful human, you’re asking the right questions. Co-parenting without conflict takes more than signatures of a carefully drafted contract.
It’s crucial we don’t put the cart before the horse. You can’t attempt to bring your co-parent on board when you’re still figuring out for yourself what it truly is you need them onboard with.
As we step through each area of your plan, you will find new ways to express your wants and needs, shared ground you mightn’t realise you even had. And if you are in the situation of raising kids with someone who uses high conflict strategies? You’ll find clear, exact guidance on the most affordable and efficient pathways to stay out of litigation and still develop a water-tight agreement that holds.
We think it’s awesome you want to work together on this. A single purchase grants you both full access to all course materials and the Parenting Plan template. Once you enrol, you can send your co-parent a private invitation link from within the course. They’ll get their own secure login to review the clinical guidance and draft their ideas on their own document. You can then use the course framework to confidently bring your ideas together.
Yes, absolutely. You are in the right place. If you're working independently, this course guides you through creating a balanced, considerate proposal that takes your co-parent's perspective into account. Your final draft will by your expertly informed Proposal, giving you confidence when you present it to your co-parent or take it to mediation or your lawyer.
This course provides a Parenting Plan Proposal ready for signing, which is a legally recognised document showing your current agreed intentions. It is not legally enforceable like a Court Order. However, non-enforceable signed Parenting Plans like this document provide strong evidence of your agreement if you later seek collaboration, mediation or Consent Orders. The focus is on voluntary compliance driven by clinical knowledge, which is the ultimate determinant of a plan's success. If you require legally binding orders, your lawyer can help you take your child focussed proposal through the process of a Consent Order.
There is no right or wrong pace here. Some parents complete this course over a weekend, and others take several weeks to reflect on each section. Trust yourself about what works for your situation.
No. Parenting Plans deal only with the care, welfare, and development of the children. Financial arrangements like child support, spousal maintenance, or property are a separate legal stream. We don't want to mix conversations about money with conversations about parenting time. We do, however, provide recommendations for trusted professionals who can help you with your financial separation.
Just Fund provides financial support to families going through separation, including funding Co-Parenting Companion services. This is an ideal solution for parents who know they will have financial capacity after their settlement is finalised, but whose capital is tied up in assets or, for whatever reason, they can't access it right now. Just Fund's model is a standard interest-bearing loan, not a percentage payout like litigation funders. The loan amount is not tied to the size of your final settlement, and there are no repayments until your financial settlement is finalised. You can explore more about their funding options here.
Co-Parenting Companion respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of this land, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation. We pay respect to Elders past and present. We recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of this land. They never gave up sovereignty and remain strong in their connection to place and culture.
Co-Parenting Companion provides a safe and affirming space for people of all cultures, genders, sexualities and neurotypes.
